General provisions

The Regulations define the rules for using the Vet Academy platform containing specialized webinars, which are aimed at introducing issues in the field of veterinary medicine (related in particular to the diagnosis and treatment of diseases encountered by a veterinarian in everyday practice) and issues related to veterinary practice.

For the purposes of the Regulations, the following meanings of the expressions used in it are assumed:

Organizer – VET PLANET Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Łomianki at ul. Brukowa 36/2 (05-092, Łomianki), entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIV Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000310213, NIP: 5272581427, REGON: 141519595, share capital: PLN 50,000.

ClickMeeting – ClickMeeting Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdańsk (postal code: 80-387), ul. Arkońska 6/A4, KRS 0000604194, NIP 5842747535.

Website – a website made available to the Organizer by ClickMeeting for the purpose of conducting and managing Webinars, available at: academy.vetexpert.com.  The use of the Website is subject to the ClickMeeting Terms of Service and the ClickMeeting Privacy Policy (ClickMeeting Terms of Service and ClickMeeting Privacy Policy are available at: https://clickmeeting.com/pl/legal) and the Organiser’s website.

Webinar – an educational meeting organized by the Organizer with or without the use of the Website.

User – a veterinarian with full legal capacity who has registered on the Website.

Participant – User who participates in the Webinar.

Agreement for the provision of an access service – an agreement for the provision of an access service to the Website on the terms set out in these Regulations.

Registration form – an interactive registration form, the completion and sending of which by the User in accordance with the rules provided for in these Regulations is tantamount to the conclusion of an Access Service Agreement and the creation and activation of a Profile on the Website.

Profile – an individual space within the Website, made available to the User in order to use the Webinars, in which Users’ data are collected, and which is marked with the login provided by the User and secured with the password provided by the User.

Webinars may only be attended by Users who are:

veterinarians who have the right to practice the profession.

Using the Website is possible after registering and logging into the Website via the Registration Form.

The Service Provider makes these Regulations available on the Website and on the User’s account on the Website.

Users can access the Regulations at any time.

In order to use all the functionalities of the Website, it is necessary to have:

an ICT device with access to the Internet,

correctly configured web browser in the current or previous version: Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari or Opera, with JavaScript enabled,

an active and properly configured email account.

Using the Website may involve the User incurring the costs of fees for access to the Internet and data transmission, to the extent established by the agreement with the telecommunications operator whose services are used by the User (in each case, these costs are borne by the User himself).

The Access Service Agreement is concluded when all of the following conditions are met:

Filling in and sending the Registration Form by the User,

acceptance by the User of the Terms and Conditions of the VET ACADEMY Platform,

acceptance by the User of the Privacy Policy of the VET ACADEMY Platform,

submitting by the User a statement that the User is aware that the use of the Website is subject to the Terms of Use of the ClickMeeting Service and the ClickMeeting Privacy Policy and accepts the content of these documents.

The Agreement for the provision of the Access Service is concluded for an indefinite period.

The User has the right to terminate the Agreement at any time on the terms set out in these Regulations.

In order to create a Profile, the User registers voluntarily and free of charge. Registration takes place by completing and sending to the Organizer the registration form, which is available on the Website.

The condition for the correct completion of the Registration Form is to complete all its mandatory fields using true, complete and relevant data or information about the User, with particular emphasis on the number of the license to practice the profession.

Before sending the Registration Form, by ticking its appropriate box, the User should:

make a statement that he has read the Regulations of the VET ACADEMY Platform and accepts their content:,

make a statement that he has read the Privacy Policy of the VET ACADEMY Platform and accepts its content,

make a statement that he has read the Terms of Service of ClickMeeting and the Privacy Policy of ClickMeeting and is aware that the use of the Website is subject to the Terms of Service of ClickMeeting and the Privacy Policy of ClickMeeting.

Before sending the Registration Form, by ticking its appropriate box, the User may voluntarily declare that he agrees to the processing of his personal data for the Organizer’s marketing purposes.

The Organizer informs that the marketing purposes indicated above may include, in particular, sending commercial information by the Organizer, using the User’s contact details. The consent referred to in the above point may be withdrawn at any time.

The Registration Form is sent to the Organizer using the functionality of the Website and through it.

Using the Website is possible after registration by the User, and then logging in using the correct login and password.

Termination of the Agreement for the provision of the Access Service may be made without giving a reason and at any time, using its functionality or by sending the User’s statement on this subject to the Organizer, e.g. by e-mail or letter.

The Organizer provides Users with a contact form, enabling them to contact the Organizer.

In order to use the functionality of the contact form, it is necessary to complete its mandatory fields, enter the required content, and then send a message to the Organizer.

The Organizer shall respond immediately, using the functionality of the Website, by phone or electronically, by sending an e-mail to the User (depending on the User’s choice).

Regardless of the contact form, you can contact the Organizer at the following telephone number: [●] to be filled in and using the e-mail address: academy@vetexpert.pl.

In the area of the Website, the Organizer provides Users with information concerning among others:

  • Vet Expert product portfolio;
  • products and services intended for veterinarians, including training and conference services.

The information posted on the Website does not constitute a veterinary consultation and is not intended to replace a veterinary consultation or diagnosis. The Organizer is not responsible for their use.

The Organizer provides Users with a search engine that allows them to search for information on the Website.

To search for marked information on the Website, enter the desired content in the area of the Website search engine and then approve it.

The functionality allows you to search the Website resources using keywords entered by the User.

In addition, the functionality may allow you to conduct an advanced search in the scope of selected criteria.

Rules for organizing Webinars

The webinar is organized on the date specified on the Website on the home page.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the date of organizing the Webinar, of which it undertakes to inform Users who have expressed their willingness to participate in the Webinar in advance.

Participation in the Webinar requires logging into the Website, in case of live webinars meeting the technical requirements set out in the ClickMeeting Terms of Service.

The Organiser declares that the Webinar is conducted by persons with appropriate substantive knowledge and practical experience covering the issues being the subject of the Webinar.

A properly completed application form contains:

  • Participant’s full name,
  • Participant’s e-mail address,
  • number of the right to practice the profession (applies to Participants who are veterinarians)
  • city, country of origin of the participant
  • date of birth of the Participant

Personal data

The processing of personal data in connection with accessing the Website and using the Website takes place on the terms set out in the Privacy Policy of VET ACADEMY platform and in the Privacy Policy of ClickMeeting.

The Organiser informs that personal data and information disclosed by the Participant during the Webinar may be sent to other Participants and third parties.

Final provisions

The Organizer is entitled to change the Regulations, and Users will be informed about any changes to the Regulations by e-mail at least 7 days in advance.

In the scope not covered by the Regulations, the applicable provisions of law shall apply, in particular the provisions of the Act of 23 April 1964 of the Civil Code and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.
